  • Custom-made or personalized Feng Shui items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Opened or used Feng Shui plants and planters.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

9. International Returns

International customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with returning items. Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to transit times and customs clearances.
